The project combines realistic living space design with contemporary amenities in modern architecture. Generous green spaces and a sophisticated urban planning concept create a pleasant environment for residents of all ages. The newly developed district in the north of Vienna offers not only living space, but also a complete infrastructure – from local amenities and educational institutions to optimal connections to public transport. This creates a “city within a city” that intelligently redefines urban living.

Citygate combines, on approximately 20,000 m², a shopping center with nearly 60 shops, restaurants, and service providers, together with a total of 1,167 rental and owner-occupied apartments for around 2,900 people. The district is complemented by a kindergarten, generous recreational areas, an underground car park, and direct access to the subway – ideal for modern urban living.
