Modern physical security information management systems in general, and GEMOS adv. PSIM in particular, record a wide range of information from sensors in a wide variety of systems. GEMOS communicates with smart building systems and therefore logs a wide range of additional data which it brings it together under one interface.
However, not everything can be recorded and monitored via sensors. Many incidents and events must or are reported and alerted be security personnel or employees, for example. Thanks to its connection to the GEMOS system, the app enables every employee or user to transmit messages to GEMOS via smartphone in real time and in a structured manner. This creates an important advantage over other systems, particularly in security-relevant situations.
