Our fire protection door locks for timber and steel doors meet the highest requirements for fire protection, functionality, and security – both in private residential buildings and in public and commercial properties. Thanks to their standardized dimensions according to DIN 18251 and their tested suitability for fire protection closures in accordance with DIN EN 12209, they are suitable for use in fire doors.

With precise mechanics, low-maintenance design, and a wide range of variants – such as Series 23 or 1206 – BKS fire protection door locks offer a reliable solution for heavily used fire doors. The locks can be combined with standard profile cylinders and fittings – a free-running cylinder is not required.

Optionally available with silent latch, monitoring contacts, or panic function, they also meet the requirements of EN 179 and EN 1125 – ideal for doors in escape and rescue routes or publicly accessible areas.
