With tested safety according to DIN 18251 and optional panic functions in accordance with EN 179 and EN 1125, the locks offer reliable functionality in emergency situations. They can be combined with standard profile cylinders and fittings – a free-running cylinder is not required.

Standards and security requirements
Mortise locks meet the highest safety standards and are certified according to DIN EN 12209 for mechanical locks. Versions with panic function additionally comply with the European standards DIN EN 179 (emergency exits) and DIN EN 1125 (panic doors). VdS approval confirms suitability for burglar-resistant doors according to DIN EN 1627–1630. In addition, numerous models offer fire and smoke protection suitability as well as CE marking for use in the European market.
