Electrically locking panic locks for tubular frame doors
For our electrically locking panic locks for single-leaf tubular frame doors, the installation of additional locking devices is not required. The combination of a self-locking panic lock and an electric escape door lock provides a compact solution and offers architects and fabricators significant planning and time savings.
The EVP lock, as a mortise lock, features standard DIN lock case dimensions and can therefore be retrofitted at any time. Additional milling in the door leaf or in the frame above the strike plate is not necessary.
The integrated automatic latch bolt ensures that the door is always locked – manual locking is not necessary. By positioning it in the area of the strike plate, the holding point of the electric lock is located centrally in the door, thus preventing the door leaf from warping.
