With our electrically locking panic locks for single-leaf tubular frame doors, the installation of additional locking elements is not required. The combination of a self-locking panic lock and an electrical escape door lock provides a compact solution and represents a significant saving in planning and time for architects and fabricators.
The EVP lock as a mortise lock has standard DIN lock case dimensions and can therefore be retrofitted at any time. Additional milling in the door leaf or in the frame above the strike plate is not required.
The integrated automatic latch bolt ensures that the door is always locked – manual locking is not necessary. Due to its position in the area of the strike plate, the holding point of the electric locking mechanism is located centrally in the door and thus prevents the door leaf from warping.
