Electrically locking panic locks for timber and steel doors
With our EVP electrically-locking panic locks for single-leaf wooden and steel doors, the installation of additional locking elements is not required. The combination of a self-locking panic lock and an electric escape-door locking device provides a compact solution, offering significant planning and time savings for architects and fabricators.
The EVP electrically-locking panic lock features standard DIN lock case dimensions and can therefore be retrofitted at any time. Additional milling in the door leaf or in the frame above the latch striker is not necessary.
The integrated automatic latch bolt ensures that the door is always locked—manual locking is not required. By positioning the locking point of the electric locking device in the area of the latch striker, it is located centrally in the door, thus preventing the door leaf from warping.
