Using the integrated calendar and time zone function, different opening times can be set for individual areas.
External visitors
External visitors who do not have a room reservation can also receive a day pass via BKS | hotel Manager. This enables individual, time- and location-limited access to selected and public areas via the identification medium. This includes, for example, spa visitors, guests of events and conferences, or parking lot users.
